Landscape restoration, protection of biodiversity and high quality agricultural and food production are the foundations of our decision to work in full harmony with the specifications of organic farming. Vineyards, olive groves and arable land, which characterize the rural environment of the estate, are still used according to a traditional agricultural grid. At the same time, the consortium is keen to preserve the knowledge of earlier times and renew it with a constant desire for improvement and the desire to share the fruits that come from the precious soil.

Every autumn, the 25 hectares of Castelfalfi vineyards become the focus of the focus of the estate’s everyday life. From the Chianti to the flagship Sangiovese IGT, to the Chianti Riserva DOCG, the consortium is currently producing six labels of organic wines. Behind each bottle is the work of capable, expert hands that care for the vines in the most environmentally friendly way possible, guaranteeing a production of top quality wines.
